Team is the self-serve edition — the core delivery platform, billed per active user with volume discounts and no user cap. Business includes everything — stage-gate process, innovation and timesheets plus reporting, integrations, audit, data residency, SLA, a dedicated account manager and dedicated support. Enterprise is your own dedicated, single-tenant deployment of the full platform — fully branded as your product, on your own domain — with dedicated consulting hours every week.

Start a free trial and you get full platform access for two weeks — every feature, no card required. On the Team edition it’s fully self-serve: create your account and start adding projects straight away, set up from sensible defaults. Continue on a commercial subscription whenever you’re ready. (For Business and Enterprise, we set up your environment for you and run a guided onboarding session.)

Team is billed per active user, with the per-seat rate easing as your team grows — volume discounts step in at 10, 25 and 50 users, with no cap. When you need the full feature set (stage-gate process, innovation, timesheets, integrations and more) you move up to Business, where licences come in bundled packs and pricing is scoped to your organisation. Yes — we can migrate you from Team up to Business or Enterprise. It isn’t the same platform under the hood, so rather than a simple switch we’ll schedule a time to migrate your data and configuration across and make sure everything runs smoothly.

No. On the Team edition everything is configuration-only and set up from sensible defaults from day one, so you can log in and start adding projects straight away — no servers, no IT department required. If you do need a hand, support is available through our project services team. By default, Roadmapp is hosted in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) and your data stays in Australia. For organisations with EU or UK requirements, GDPR-compliant hosting with regional data residency is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Email notifications are sent via Microsoft 365 for reliable delivery.

Roadmapp is built with a SOC 2 Type II readiness roadmap in progress. Current controls include row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database layer, audit logging with IP capture, automated data retention policies, branch protection and change management on all code, and role-based access control. Business and Enterprise customers receive full SOC 2 documentation and audit support as part of their plan.

Subscriptions are annual but we don’t lock you in with punishing exit clauses. If Roadmapp isn’t delivering value, we’d rather discuss what’s not working than hold you to a contract. Contact us and we’ll work something out.
