01 · Capture Is this worth a look? One intake form captures the idea, its sponsor, supporting documents and the objective it claims to serve. Nothing arrives by email or lands in a spreadsheet somebody owns privately. Anyone submits · PMO triages 02 · Assess Is it worth doing? Weighted scoring across strategic fit, value, execution and risk produces a comparable number. Scenario modelling tests the ranked list against monthly capacity, so the shortlist is one you can staff. PMO scores · Committee ranks 03 · Approve · Gate Do we fund it? The gate review is submitted with its deliverables attached, and the decision is approve, reject or defer with conditions, timestamped against the reviewer. Security

Built to enterprise requirements from day one.

Roadmapp was built to enterprise security requirements from the first line of code. Light and modern on the surface, with the underpinnings your risk and procurement teams will ask about.

Row-level security Permissions are enforced in the database on every query, so a role limits what the data layer returns rather than what the interface chooses to show. Multi-factor and SAML SSO MFA on any account, and single sign-on against your own identity provider on Enterprise. AWS Sydney by default EU hosting in Frankfurt available as a dedicated single-tenant Enterprise deployment. Encrypted secrets Webhook URLs are stored encrypted and never returned to the browser. Administrators see connection status, never the secret.

Access

Seven roles.

Permissions are enforced in the database on every query, so a role limits what the data layer returns rather than what the interface chooses to show. This is the answer your security review is going to ask for.

01 Administrator Full control of the organisation, including users, roles, branding and integrations.

02 Portfolio Manager Runs the whole portfolio. Everything except organisation administration.

03 Programme Manager Authority over the projects inside their own programme, without portfolio-wide access.

04 Project Manager Owns delivery on their own projects and raises requests for anything beyond them.

05 Executive Reads everything across the organisation and renders formal gate decisions.

06 Team Manager Runs a team. Allocates their people and approves the time those people book.

07 Team Member Works on what they are assigned, and books time against it.
